Legal
Privacy notice.
This notice explains what personal information is collected through this website, why it is used and the choices available to you.
Who is responsible for your information
Once this site is live and under Northbank Fit-Out’s control, Northbank Fit-Out is responsible for personal data submitted through it.
During this preview, Ermaz operates the website and controls any test submissions. If the business launches the site, it becomes responsible for real customer enquiries.
Ermaz provides the website and form service.
Information collected through the enquiry form
The form may collect your name, company or practice, email address, phone number, project type, sector, project location, approximate floor area, target programme, whether a designer is appointed, budget range and the scope or constraints you choose to describe.
This information is used to respond to the enquiry, understand the proposed commercial interior project and decide what follow-up is appropriate.
Legal basis
Enquiry information is processed where it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and for the legitimate interest of responding to and assessing genuine business enquiries.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is needed to respond, assess the project, continue relevant discussions and maintain necessary business records. The period depends on whether the enquiry develops into an active commercial relationship and whether information must be retained for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
Who may see it
Information may be processed by the website, hosting, form and email service providers needed to operate the site and handle correspondence. Once the business controls the live site, its website and email providers act on its instructions when processing enquiry information. During this preview, Ermaz controls test submissions as explained above.
Information is not sold through this website.
Visitor counting and cookies
Visitor numbers are counted by a first-party beacon. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and keeps no IP addresses. The site therefore does not need a cookie banner.
The hosting provider may process ordinary server logs, including network and request information, as part of operating and protecting the hosting service. The statement that no IP addresses are kept applies to the visitor-counting beacon, not to ordinary hosting infrastructure.
Files loaded from other providers
Photographs are served by Unsplash and typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files directly, which means your IP address and basic request information reach those providers. Neither provider sets a cookie on this website through those file requests.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to:
- ask for access to the personal information held about you;
- ask for inaccurate information to be corrected;
- ask for information to be erased;
- object to or ask for restriction of certain processing; and
- receive information you provided in a portable format where the right applies.
To make a privacy request, use the contact form and select “General enquiry”.
Complaints
If you are concerned about how personal information has been handled, you can raise the matter through the contact form. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
